During the 2019 Bank of Hope Founders Cup LPGA held at Wildfire Golf Club at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert, ladies gathered from around the world to take part for a chance to take home a 1.5-million-dollar purse.

The Bank of Hope Founders Cup was created to pay tribute to the 13-original founders of the LPGA as well as to help continue growth of the LPGA-USGA girls golf program.
It was a grueling weeklong event for the ladies. Xiyu Lin was trying to qualify for the final round, that was happening that weekend. Lin started her career in 2014 and has had 7 top-10 finishes in four seasons on the LPGA Tour.
During the 4th day of play, Lin did something that most of us golfers only dream of doing. She teed off on the 17th hole and hit a nice high shot, just past the flag and you can watch the video to see for yourself what happened next.
